Shipment and Returns

1. Shipping Methods:

We utilize DHL for dependable, worldwide shipping. Track your orders for peace of mind. For domestic orders, we ensure prompt shipment of in-stock items. Please be aware that delays may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or inclement weather.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and type of the items you purchase.

3. International Shipping:

We proudly offer international shipping. Keep in mind that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applicable based on your location.

4. In-Store Pickup:

We do not offer in-store pickup for our items.

5. Return Eligibility:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. In order to evaluate eligibility and associated costs, please write to our customer service at joy@joydelo.com. Please note that  Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled at any time.

6. Return Process:

For returns, inform us in writing within 7 days to evaluate eligibility and associated costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable box and need to pass our quality screening once received. Shipping and administrative expenses are shouldered by the customer.

7. Refunds for Returns:

Upon successful receipt of returned items, refunds are processed within 7 days, with associated administrative costs subtracted. Refunds are credited in the original payment form, excluding shipping and handling charges. If the merchandise is damaged during shipment or compromised in any way, further costs associated to production will be also charged.

8. Exchanges:

Exchanges follow a similar process as returns, with the addition of costs associated to the production of the originally ordered item. Kindly refer to the aforementioned return process for details.

9. Damaged Items:

We prioritize product quality and ensure thorough inspections before shipment. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item, notify us within 24 hours.
