Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

Our luxury decoration items are custom and made-to-order. As a result, general returns or exchanges are typically not supported. However, if there's a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll consider returns. 

2. Exclusions:

Custom Products: Given the bespoke nature of our offerings, items tailored to specific designs or forms, including but not limited to custom furniture and custom rugs, cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled at any given time.

Final Sale & Clearance Items: These items are not subject to return or exchange unless there's a verifiable manufacturing defect.

3. Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, exceptions will be evaluated. Return shipping charges might apply, and taxes charged will be refunded based on state and local laws. Returns sent without appropriate postage will be sent back to the sender. Returns that are not received cannot be refunded.

4. Process:

All our products undergo thorough inspection before shipment. We urge customers to check their orders upon receipt. If you believe you've received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support within 24 hours.

5. Refund Method:

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, with any associated costs subtracted.

6. Processing Time:

After receiving an eligible returned product, we'll complete the refund process within 7 days.
